Thank you for your purchase. Your LED Face Wand comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional issues under normal, intended use
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Use with unauthorized charging devices
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
How to Claim:
- Contact our customer support with your proof of purchase.
- Describe the issue and include photos or videos if applicable.
- If eligible, we’ll repair or replace the device at no additional cost.
